Calorie Countdown - Its Wednesday, what are you eating?

I lost 4 lbs in 2 days *** yay?) - I'm thinking two of it at least is water because I can't get it down as fast as it leaves, but I have to say the only upside of being sick is finally seeing the 240s!
Yesterday I tried some real food in the evening (a burger patty made at home) but it made things worse. The weirdest thing of all is that no matter what I eat or drink besides water, I dump. I get the heart racy thing from milk? Since when. I hope I feel better soon. I am staying on full liquids today, and maybe some soup or something if I start perking up.

D - milk or cottage cheese, maybe soup

Lunch ~ baked sweet potato w/small salad

B - fiber one with 1/2 banana
S - 2 oz virginia baked ham, 2 slices swiss cheese, 5 flipside crackers
L - red pepper soup (I gotta check calories on this one - has heavy cream in it)
3 oz prime rib and a few bites of steamed broccoli
D - left over turkey turned into some kind of casserole. I'm feeling some cheese coming on!
S - 1/2 c SF chocolate pudding with PB2 added
Pre B - 1/2 SF NF BSC Latte
B - english muffin, ham, cheese
S - 1/2 Chai Tea Misto
S - Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and 7 baked pita chips
L - salad with grilled chicken breast and cheese, grapes
S - nuts and a protein bar
D - insides of homemade chicken enchiladas, I always try one bite with the outsides and it makes me sick, why oh why do I keep trying?
S - mango
S: Proti Diet Cereal Bar (On sale this week at DietDirect.com-- 15 g protein, 150 cals and 7 g fiber!)
L: 1/2 cup TJs BBQ chicken and bleu cheese on lettuce
S: 8 oz greek yogurt with 1/2 packet of chocolate protein crunchies
S2: FRESH Peanut Butter Only 8 Frozen Yogurt (at the store!)
D: 1/4 pound burger on half a light flatout wrap with crumbled blue cheese, caramelized onions and mushrooms, and vidalia mustard, 1/2 a cup of peas/carrots
S3: Cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt-- chocolate
