First Weigh-In of 2009!
For the past 2 months I've been playing The Scale Game. I weigh myself wayyy too often and it's messed with my mind. I know I'm not losing as quickly as I was at first, but that's part of it, I hear. I'm thinking of putting up my scale for a month and just see where I am at the end of the month. I'm driving myself crazy.

Hi, Kix - thanks for starting off the first Monday weigh-in of 2009. I can't remember what I was last Monday, but today I'm 183.8. I've been in the same 180-185 range for a few months now. I'm still retaining a lot of fluid from my most recent round of plastics - my butt and hips are swollen like a giant balloon... Very attractive. Anyway, I'm just trying to make sure I get in plenty of protein. We've gotten rid of most of the crap around the house. I still can't exercise, and boy am I missing that - starting to get very stir crazy....
When I can get back to my regular routine, I'm hoping to get down to the 170-175 range, but we'll see what happens. I have other things to focus on in the short term. Long term though, I need to get back on track -
