Thanks everyone for your prayers
A week ago Thursday i started hemmoraghing and had to put on bedrest.
Well Monday they did my biopsy and i got my results today.
I havecomplex atypical endrometrial hyperplasia she said there where precancerous cells but no cancer i dont understand it ,but im happy about it.
So Monday we talk about getting a hysterectomy...
I love my new life and am enjoying it so much ,i hated the bleeding all the time and being so tired from losing so much blood.
She suggested a d& c and an ablasion, have any of you had this done?
But she said we would talk all about it.
'I wonna thank each of you for your prayers and im feel so blessed...

I am sorry you are going thru a ruff time right now. Sending good vibes your way. My sister had an ablasion done, but then ended up needing the hysterecomy. The ablasion just didn't work for her. She does feel much better since having the hysterectomy. Hope everything goes well with the next doc appt.

I had an ablasion done in 2001, with no problems. I initially asked about a vaginal hysterectomy. I had never had children, gone thru enough fertility treatments I should've had a darned litter! My history was Ammenorehia (absence of periods). Then, all of the sudden it was as if a dam had burst. My doc suggested the ablation, and recovery was a snap. Some discomfort for a week or so. Doc said similar to cramps like a period, but I had nothing to compare to.
The ablasion is a less invasive procedure, and basically cauterizes the lining of the uterus down to muscel wall. No build up of lining, thus no great risk for abnormal cells! No pregnancies either (I ended up adopting).
Whichever way you go, its a wonderful sign that the cells were precancerous, which means they look atypical or not "normal", but haven't manifested to cancer. THAT IS WONDERFUL NEWS!
Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Keep me posted...

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

That's what I had! (misdiagnosed at 27 RE diagnosed at at 30) There are alternatives if you don't want the hysterectomy. I have not had children so I was sent to ROSWELL park Cancer institute for a second opinion and now 4 years later I am fine. I have to have surgical biopsies with a D & C every 6 months, it's done under a general but I am home by 6pm. The WLS was part of the plan too. The hyperplasia is caused (in me anyway) by excess estrogen..fat women make way too much generally) I have started mensturating again normally (through hormone therapy) and I may still be able to have a kid someday. If you are done having kids by all means save yourself the trouble and get the ablasion...I have heard very good things about it or the hys. But if you are not willing to accept those options there are choices.
I HATED bleeding all the time too...it would go on for month sometimes...non stop. If anyone else is having this problem get to the GYN asap (I was scared and embarassed so I waited nearly too long and was 1st diagnosed with stage 2 cancer but then re evaluated at Roswell and downgraded). Hyperplasia's can lead to endometrial (Uterine lining) cancer but not if you take care of it quickly.
You're in my prayers for a quick recovery...I am SOOO GLAD you caught this early and I know you are going to be fine
