Gym is Open - Tuesday, Christmas Eve Eve
Well, my bed was way too warm to get out of this morning, but I do plan on going for a bike ride later with my dog in the front basket. It started out at 32 this morning but it's supposed to warm up to 70 and only go down to the 60's tonight. Crazy Northwest Florida weather.
with Christmas right around the corner, I know there's lots to do, but think about other ways to get exercise rather than going to the gym. Park at the farthest space in the mall parking lot and speed walk to the door. (Like you have a choice in good parking 2 days before Christmas anyway) Talk a break from the hectic pace and go for a walk or a bike ride. Do some wall squats. Don't lose the momentum over the holidays!

I am so trying to get to the 100lbs lost goal, I have been working out furiously. I did an hour in the gym on Tuesday, followed by 40 laps of the 50m pool in the afternoon. I just love the pool, I do a combination of running in the water and swimming, it is so good, high density, low impact. I felt great at the end of the day.
Well this morning I got up and went to the bathroom, got back into bed and rolled over and strained my hamstring.....I exercise for 3hours one day with no injury, roll over in 3secs in bed and injure the hamstring. So now I am not allowed to exercise for a few days....bah, humbug.
Oh well, it won't hurt to take a break for a few days.
