Monday Weigh In
I will be glad when the holidays are over and all the guests and all the carbs go home. I have been eating like a farm hand for over a week now, and it shows.
This week: 240 lb.
The scale is heading in the wrong direction and I don't like it. It's pretty pointless to try and remedy things while I have a house full of guests, so one more week and then I will head
back to mindful eating (instead of eating like Michael Phelps).

well.....I have all my family preparing for my arrival by having stuff I CAN eat in addition to what they eat so I don't think I'm going to have issues over this holiday :)

What eating, who eats?? I'm still on two to three protein drinks a day and I just replenished my protein bar supply so I am eating one of those every other day. I just don't have much of an appetite and if I do, it only takes a few bites before it makes me go bleck!

Who decided that all chocolate and sugar should be located in every available space at work from Thanksgiving to Christmas? As soon as something is consumed, something else replaces it. I can NOT believe the sugar I am eating. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Only one more day at wor****il after Christmas.
Anyway, somehow I managed to lose 2 lbs (wasn't from exercising). The previous week was nothing. On some level this is really interesting the self sabotage that we can do to ourselves. Wish I still could see my old therapist who specialized in eating disorders. My current therapist is nice, but I don't think she "gets it".
