Gym is Open - Happy Winter

For  most of you, you are freezing as you wake up this morning.  It's 28 here but I'm not cold.  I think the heater is cranked up to 72.  We went from 78 this weekend to 28 this morning.  That's the perils of living in Northwest Florida.

I finished my Christmas shopping this weekend too and didn't break the bank.  This year is much different for everyone.  We watched Jingle all the Way last night and I cuddled with my son for most of that.  I miss that so much!

So, I don't know what the gym holds for me today.  Maybe the elliptical or maybe the rowing machine.  I'm leaving running for Tuesday and Thursdays.

So, on this Monday with 3 days left to Christmas, will you move to lose today?

Good morning - off to costco as they open, then i'll do 1/2 hour on the elliptical and meet with my personal trainer this afternoon.  Lys

I'd like to work with a trainer but all they have at the  Y are females, and I'd rather have a guy.  Maybe after the new  year, they'll add to their roster.  I can only hope.  I've got to do something for these thunder thighs!
