Or am I the only one just picking? Nothing appetizing.

B - a pear and some muenster (yum)

L - leftover chili (frozen out portions from a few months ago)
EDIT - chili became malt-o-meal with butter and splenda and a little honey, cooked with mootopia (settled fine, woot! but feels a little heavy)

D - I'm going to make some fresh salsa and put it on something, I don't care what, I want the salsa. Maybe on some fish, with mango on the side if I can find a ripe one.

Last Day at work for awhile!!! I do have to come in once in the next two weeks for 1/2 day, but that's nothing. I'm so looking forward to time off.

Yesterday the company President handed out bonus checks, what a shock, and today we're all going out for lunch, his treat.

Pre B - Up early baking, 1/2 SF NF BSC Latte

B - English muffin with ham and cheese

S - cheese, 2 turkey slices

L - salad and thinking either shrimp ****tail (these are huge shrimp) or prime rib

S - ?

D - chicken, or lunch leftovers

I read your post Jenn ... about everything making you nauseous.  I have been having bouts of nausea but unfortunately it comes with vomitting.  I thought it was because I was eating too fast but now I think I have pinpointed it to being food that leftover.  Possibly it is a combination of the two but I did go many days without vomiting and now I am on day 3 of almost eveything I eat either making me queasy or actually coming back up.  I am seven months out - I thought for sure by now I would have this eating thing figured out - guess not!

L - spinach/artichoke dip and taco dip on Whole Wheat Thins
S - Kashi bar
D - ???

Hah!  I should be lucky enough to just pick at food.  I've been eating like a farm hand all week long.

B: tub o'coffee and a blueberry scone
B2: blueberry bagel w/cream cheese
L; plate o'mexican food

I think I hit the food wall today.  I'm beyond full.  My sister is going out tonight with the family, so I think I will refrain from dining.

I'm picking today. Nothing has sounded good lately. Also, I'm tired of the stuff I eat all the time. I'm ready to try different things, but not ready to be sick, so we'll see.

Today:

B: Mootopia (16oz)

L: Laughing Cow Cheese and 3 crackers

S: Popcorn (from one of those Christmas cans - a professor gave it to me, ate about 2 handfuls before I realized what I was doing and stopped. I had the hiccups afterwards which is what I get for downing popcorn in the first place.)

D: No clue - we're going out for my niece's birthday, so I'll pick at whatever.

I'm with you Jan - I get two full weeks off and I'm so very glad to be off. I'm tired and need a huge break.

B - fiber one  - still working for me!
L - 1/2 chicken breast  and 2 grape tomatoes, piece of gouda cheese and 8 pecan halves
S - peppermint cookie and a bite of a turtle
D - ???  shrimp or tilapia
S - if you can call it a snack.  A cosmo.  I'll probably do this before dinner because they knock me out.
