Gym's Open - Wednesday - HUMP DAY

Aunt Flo is visiting and I need her to calm down before I can go to the gym.  I'm not risking anything.  I am somewhat tight after running yesterday but I'll survive.  It's amazing the muscles you use when you run.

So, will you move to lose today?

I've been trying to jog a little here and there also, but there's a lot of bouncing going on, and my knees and ankles aren't sure what they think of the whole process. Today I am doing a yoga video, just my size yoga, and later I may or may not go to the gym depending on how I feel and how busy I am. I'd like to go, because its cool outside so the gym won't be as stuffy and hot as I usually think it is. If I do go, I will be on the treadclimber.

I skipped yoga and went to the gym afterall. I was feeling ancy and skittish with extra energy, so I expended it on the dreadclimber - 30min, my new record. According to the readout I used 400cal and went 1.5miles.
