That is really awesome!  I can totally identify with the fact that I'm now at the weight where most people start considering getting the surgery LOL  babe....you and I both have come a LONG way and we should be proud of ourselves!  could you imagine what everyone would say if we were at our highest?  LOL  Now I just get looks of disbelief and gasps from people who haven't seen me in a while.

Enjoy your success!  You deserve it!

hurray for you! you are doing GREAT!

and what a great way to celebrate christmas -- with such a major goal being reached.

i know what you mean about being the size now that many others started at...i started at 463, so i know what you're talking about. i used to hang out on the board for people that had surgery in jan. 2005, but soon the majority of them were where they wanted to be, and i was just getting started! i was very glad when OH started this board -- where people in situations more similar to mine were hanging out!

congratulations to you on your wonderful achievement!

Congratulations on the weight loss.  My doc doesn't have a ton of SMO patients so I too, am now just a little below where everyone else starts in my support group.  Because my waist is so much smaller than my hips people don't believe I weigh 235.  I'm not embarrassed to say my weight at all.

Keep up the great work!

201 lbs in 9 months? U are my Inspiration.. I know how you feel about being a whale, I look at alot of these people who are having WLS and I am soooooo much bigger than them and I am like, man I have so much more weight to loose than most. But I am doing this for me no one else so I just keep on trucking and hopefully be a BIG looser like you.
