Good morning all.

How are you?

I'm.... cold. Otherwise I'm ok. I saw 250 today. I want to see 249. Come one 249. And 240 (cuz then I'll have lost 200lbs too, like all my friends here).

As for food. Food ugh. I want pasta ala vodka. I can't think of much else that I'd like that particular sauce on besides pasta, and the sauce is pretty deadly anyway, so nope. No modifications on that one.

B - Skipped (smacking myself on the hand, but I was kind of queasy when I got up and had some dry slimy heaves so I am sticking to water for the moment)

L - yogurt, sliced turkey

S - banana

D - Well, its either the chicken or the egg, or a quesadilla. That's pretty much all I have available in the food department right now - and just enough money in the bank to get gas.

Pondering ramen *gag* like back in the good old freshman days..

Nice and chilly for us here this morning, it was 41 on the way to work, but no rain right now, it's abundant sunshine and the mountains are covered in snow. Beautiful site!

Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - lite English muffin with peanut butter and banana

S - Greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds

L - Eggface Italian bean salad, turkey slices

S - cheese, 4 crackers

D - Turkey meatloaf, veggies that didn't get eaten last night

S - ?

I finally broke down and went to the store last night after the gym. I could barely walk because I pushed myself too hard at the gym, but went anyway. I'm so happy to have my Mootopia and Laughing Cow Cheese. Also, I bought the stuff to make my soup and my mom was kind enough to offer to make it for me last night. I live on my soup. It's a Taco/Chili soup that I've created that is so good, but most importantly - goes down without issues. Yay!

B: 16oz Mootopia, a splash of coffee for flavor and 2 splenda packets

L: Taco soup, 1/4 cup of cheese on top

S: 3 crackers, 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge

D: Probably soup again or maybe an Eggface "pizza" (whole wheat mission tortilla with pizza sauce and cheese, baked until crispy)

I have my last final to take today so I might not make it to the gym. I think my body needs the day off anyway. I'm hurting.

Hi everyone!  I'm almost 1 month out and am feeling like my pouch is stretched.  I have not had any issues with the food items I am eating.  I am sticking to the items on my doctors paper, but seem to never feel hungry or full.  Maybe I am just paranoid that this surgery will not work for me, we'll see.  I still struggle to get in fluid---I work on it daily.

b: 1/4 cup cottage cheese
s: 1/2 sf carnation instant breakfast shake
l:  3 crackers, two small pieces of cheese, 1 oz roast beef lunch meat, 10 green beans
d:????not sure

Your pouch is not stretched. Continue following surgeon's instructions and you will be fine. Sometimes it takes a few months for you to feel restriction because nerves have been severed during surgery, and its often a few months before hunger returns as well.
