Gym is Open - Tuesday
I couldn't think of something cute to go with Tuesday! Oh well...
I washed my cell phone this weekend so yesterday I got a new IPhone and I love it. I had a final to work on last night and Karl played with my phone for 3 hours. It's amazing how far technology has come.
I'll be off to the gym in a few minutes. I'm thinking of doing the treadmill, but we'll see when I get there.
What will you do to move to lose today?

40min on the treadmill (intervals), 20 min arm weight training. I'm also going to pull out a yoga video tonight. I rearranged my living room and there is actually room to exercise now.
I actually was playing with my Iphone outside of the gym this morning not being motivated to go in. I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then moved to the treadmill and guys, I RAN!
I walked for 2 mintues then ran straight for 2 minutes. Walked for 3, ran for 2, walked for 2, ran for 2, walked for 1 then ran for 2 and cooled down for 1. I ran/walked a mile in 17 minutes. I was flying as high as a kite when I got done.
The last time I tried to run, I could only go for about 45 seconds. I think I was about 255 the last time I tried. I was so excited.
