Good morning all,

Forgive me for my moment of motivation. It has now passed. Its cold and I have a blanket on and the cat just climbed in my lap. This is probably how the rest of the day will look. I'll work on my laptop and cat will sleep. She likes where the laptop vents heat in the back.

B - 1 (half) whole wheat pita pocket filled with 1scrambled egg and 1oz shredded muenster (what a beautiful inventio) plus two quartered campari tomatoes (255cal, 14g fat, 6g fiber, 22g carbs, 16g protein)

S - 16oz mootopia (180cal, 12g carbs, 24g protein)

L - Rachel's plum honey lavendar yogurt, 6 thin slices of honey smoked turkey breast (300cal, 32g protein)

D - roasted green chile quesadilla (mission plus tortillas, roasted anaheim peppers, mexican cheese blend) (560cal, 18g fat, 10g fiber, 22g protein) - I generally cannot eat an entire one, but about 2/3 is doable and then possibly the rest as a late snack or more likely a husband snack

Calories - 1295
Fat - 42g
Carbs - 114g (17 from fiber)

Good Morning from beautiful, cold, rainy So Calif!  I love this weather so much, I know others will think I'm crazy but I'm so tired of warm weather!

Must admit I'd rather be home baking than here at work though

B - light whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter and a banana sliced on top (hubby tried a bite for the first time and admitted it was weird but he liked it!)

I love snuggling with a blanket.  Especially since my internal temperature is now artic blast!

S - either a Kashi Bar or Kay's Chips

Attending support group tonight and getting home late so I may just find something snacky for dinner like cheese and crackers.

Today was my first day back at work since surgery--boy it was exhausting!!

Hello all Im new here I think this is a great idea I think it will help me keep on track.


B- Kashi Breakfast bar

S- None

L- 2 tablespoons of tuna and 2 wheat crackers

D- Homemade Beef stew kids really wanted it  I ate 3 carrots and 2 small pieces of meat

S- 1/2 cheese stick

I have been trying my hardest to get all my waters in. Having alot of trouble getting in all my protein.

Welcome Tammy! Opening this post everyday usually keeps me on track. I vowed I will never ever lie on here so I have to come clean when I cheat. It helps to know that sometimes when I am really tempted.
