I started a new book today so me and the recumbent bike managed a whole 45 mins again this morning!

WOOOOOHOOO I just love a good endorphin high, LOL

Only 10 minutes on the rowing machine and 30 gruelling minutes of upper body workout.

I went to the gym today walked on tredmill for 30 minutes and then worked on Abs for 20. What a great workout but Im very sore now.

I just need to get up in am and do it all over again!!
