Mootopia

Hello everyone!

Several people write that they are drinking mootopia.  Where do you get that?  I am unable to locate it at my local grocery store.

 If you notice, the mootopia drinkers are from Texas.  They seem to have cornered the market on this high protein milk.  There are no distributors in La.  I've looked into it.

Its from HEB grocery store which is basically only in Texas and Mexico and I think a few places in OK. Unfortunately the rest of the country is left without. Fortunately, I live in TX :)

Years ago I worked as a data analyst and programmer in the dairy industry. At that time processors were changing from paying a premium for extra fat content in the milk to paying a premium for extra protein. At that time I think much of the protein went to yogurt and cheese. I wish our Oregon dairies would catch the trend to use the protein in mootopia in addition to cheese.

Jenn clued me in to Mootopia and I'm so, so grateful. I'm a Texan too, so I can buy it at H-E-B. If they ever discontinued it, I would have serious problems because it is the only way I can get in protein some days.
