I hope everyone has a great weekend! I have to proctor an exam at 2 today and then I plan to clean and watch movies for most of the weekend. And cook I suppose. Here is the food plan for Saturday:
B - 1/2 pita pocket, 1 serving honey smoked turkey breast, 1 serving red pepper hummus, and one pear (275 cal, 11g protein, 11g fiber)
L - venti espresso frappucino light plus protein (180cal, 12g protein, 4g fiber)
S - Rachel's yogurt - orange strawberry mango (160cal, 7g protein, 2g fiber) and 3 slices genoa salami (110cal, 7g protein)
D - 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 2c baby spinach, 2tbsp light raspberry walnut dressing, 6 strawberries, 1 green onion, 1/2 red bell pepper (235cal, 26g protein, 3g fiber)
S - 16oz mootopia (180cal, 24g protein)
Totals
Calories - 1145
Fat - 27g
Carbs - 140g (20g fiber)
Protein - 87g
Lots of carbs today but still a good spread I think

I crave cooked carrots and eat them frequently. Its weird because I wouldn't touch them pre-surgery but now they really hit the spot! Raw ones are too much effort to chew to mu****hink.
Went over a bit oday and blew my carbs-- was away from home and had to guess a little-- no BFD, tho.

S: 1/2 cup Columbo Frozen Yogurt
S: 1 oz turkey jerky

S: 1 cup Only 8 Frozen Yogurt
35% fat for me is a major freakin' accomplishment-- I try to get a little extra fat every couple of weeks to get stuff..um...movin'.

I have screwed up weekends when it comes to food choices. I don't plan enough and it makes for a bad weekend. I end up snacking, not keeping track, eating whatever will go down, making bad choices, ect.. I hate when I do that, but here lately I stay so busy on the weekends that it's hard to keep myself in check. I need to work on that more.
