Fabulous Friday at the Gym

 We are expecting a big change of weather here in S. California.  It is cloudy and crisp outside this morning, and it looks like the rain will be here soon.

DH and I took the dogs for a 2.4 mile walk/jog at the park this morning, and later tonight, I am scheduled to teach aquafit at the YMCA.  If the rain starts and we have thunder/lightening we cannot hold class since our pool is outside.  The last few times I've taught, I've played Christmas music.  It's fun to be in the pool working out in the crisp, cool air while listening to Christmas songs.

I have lots of errands to run for a crazy busy weekend.  I probably won't get to workout again until Monday.

I have too many excuses readily available, but what it all boils down to is no nada for the gym, me and the recumbent bike today...... LOL

 I understand!  Some days are just like that.  When I can't get there and just don't feel like it, I try and take the stairs or do some extra walking by parking further out.  There are days when the last thing that I want to do is be active!

I did so good - I've had like 9-10 days in a row at the gym, but not today. Tired.

I totally forgot to post this today.  I do it on my surgeon's board too. I didn't go either.  Going to water aerobics tomorrow though at 8AM
