hi..........

i'm so tried tonight. i've been out since 7 am this morning.  i thought i posted yesterday, to say that i think i started posting the walk away the pounds tread to soon and that maybe we should start it again after the holidays and after my surgery. but ican't find the post. maybe we can join the gym tread... if there have us walkers, LOL. i didn't notice there was a workout tread up and running when i started posting the WATP tread.

today
i had an appointment at the research lab at st lukes hosp..  i've signed up with 3 research teams, that are running 3 year test on the affects of WLS.  The pays good. and i get indepth info on my health.  today's test ran about 5 hours.  they took lots of blood, a MRI, then i was put in a pod for a breathing test,& i had a bubble put over my head for 30 mins, for another breathing test. i drink a soduim solution and gave more blood after 3 hours. i was weighed on 4 different BMI scales, and i was measured from head to toe.

then i went to my daughter house to finsh helping her get the house ready for christmas.

i would say walking the hallway of the hosp and helping my daughter i walked about 5 mils day.  wish i had my pedometer on today, so i would know exactly how many steps i took.

i just feel so blessed to be able to get around

Hello My Dear!

The past couple of days I was at the emergency room with my significant other, and have been helping him get well...so sorry for the non posting, if you want to wait until after the holidays to start posting daily, that is fine, the next two weeks are going to be crazy! As long as we keep moving!
The research you are doing sounds really cool!  PM me anytime.

Hugs,

JK
