Abnormal EKG

I just got a call from my surgeon's office that the results of my pre-op EKG were abnormal, and he wants to do a cardiology consult to get cardiac clearance.  I have an appointment for tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. for the cardiology consult.  I'm scheduled for surgery next Tuesday, 12/16, and that's the only day my plastic surgeon is available.  And my insurance is changing next year, so if there's any problems getting clearance, I'm screwed.  I know, of course, that the bigger concern is my overall health and wellbeing, but I'm freaking out right now....  I also know that there are a lot of things that can cause an abnormal EKG, so perhaps everything will be just fine.  But that's not really helping much right now.... 

Anyway, just needed to share what's going on - would appreciate your thoughts and prayers for everything to work out okay...

What's with all this abnormal crap anyway?  I think we're pretty normal ....lol!

 I think we are normal too - I was tired of being abnormal with my body lift.  Maybe it is all the machinery that is abnormal!

I don' t know what's up with the abnormal crap!  I don't usually think of myself as "normal," but I'd like my test results to say I am!!!
