Gym is Open - Monday

Hi ladies.  I walked and walked and walked all over NYC.  Oh, and there are stairs everywhere on the subway system.  Needless to say, I didn't partake in "regular" exercise, but I think I got enough of it while I was there.

I've got a miserable cold now too and it's moving down into my chest I'm afraid.

Our box office opens for the first time since we closed for renovation today and it should be quite busy as we have Bonnie Raitt going on sale.  And...I've got two finals today that I didn't really study for.  Today should be an interesting day.

Thanks to those of you who kept the gym open while I was gone. 

And now, for the reason of the post...the gym is open.  Will you move to lose today.  Come back and tell us about it.

I have my exercise bag packed with WARM clothes and it is my intention to hit the walking track this evening.  Let's hope I don't freeze to death out there.

3 miles on the treadmill doing intervals (approx 2min 2.5mph 3% incline, alternating with 2 min 3.2mph 8% incline).

 Hi Kathy -
Technically, it is Tuesday, but my network was down at home and I was having connection issues, but I wanted to post my exercise.

I taught a tough 60 minute aquafit class tonight.  It was cold for here - about 58 degrees. The water felt great, it was the getting out that was the problem.  For the first time since I've been back teaching, I felt energized following exercise instead of tired!! YAY!! I'm hoping this means that I'm getting stronger.  My abs and legs can feel tonight's workout, and my students were complaining that it was hard.

I also did 30 minutes on the wii fit, and spent lots of time crawling around on the living room floor putting together a quilt.
