Well sort of late to post what I ate.  I am still trying to get used to eating all day long.  For being as overweight as I am I didn't eat nearly this often.  I told my mom that I feel like I have a new baby on a schedule just taking care of myself because if I am not eating I am working on my water.  It is an all day process.  lol  I had to volunteer some this week and I was like oh man I am gonna miss my snack!!

Anyhow, I had to share that I just had the best meal ever for dinner since surgery.  It was a healthy choice cafe steamer.  If you haven't tried these it is well worth it.  It was only $2 for one which is really cheap.  Then it is only microwavable.  I am kind of a snob when it comes to frozen dinners and I prefer oven cooking only.  But this tasted so good.  The meat and the noodles were in the top and got steamed while cooking and the sauce was below the strainer type dish.  So I was able to take most of the noodles out just fine and the tomatoes too.  Then with the sauce being separate I only used a tiny bit.  All in all it was wonderful!!  I give them two big thumbs up.

LOL I must sound like the biggest nut job but hey I am a food addict that had a healthy fix!!

I had a weird eating day.

I've been doing protein drinks during the day, which works just fine (MetRx 51 RTD shakes, each shake has 51g protein and 240 calories).

We celebrated a birthday yesterday and foolishly, I had a piece of German chocolate cake (ate around the German bits) and about an hour later on the drive home, I felt alternately sleepy and hyper.  Ugh.

For dinner, I had chicken thighs, which did not sit well at all.  Well, they say OK for about an hour, and then they just tortured me all night.
