No Gym post? But I exercised!

Hi all, opening the gym for Tuesday.

I did 40 min of hard intervals on the treadmill. I alternated between 2.5mph 2% incline and 3.2mph 8.5% incline, every 4 minutes. I was quite sweaty. I am trying to up the intensity of my exercise to spur some weight loss.
