Gym's open: Black Friday - shopping or gym?

Me, I stay away from the stores when they are crowded. Shopped on Wednesday with kiddo, swimming today.

I plan on 50 lengths.

What dod you do tp move your body today?

 I shopped from 2:30 AM until 9:30 AM and then again this evening.  I'd say I have my quota of shopping done for the weekend.

I shopped with my sister from 4am until 1:30 pm.  Then I HAD to take a nap, since I had to go into work at 7pm for a 12 hr shift.  I may not have worked out hard, but we did do quite a bit of walking.  It was well worth it.
