Good morning all,

I hope you had a great weekend and to anyone who has left or is leaving, I hope you have a happy and safe trip.

I am not leaving for home until Wed night (stupid teachers holding class until 5 on Wed afternoon). We are coming back Sat evening.

Food. I am so tired of thinking about food. Does anyone else get that way? I went to 3 different Super Targets yesterday looking for these vegetarian green chile tamales for my aunt. No luck. I guess I'll be going back to Target every day this week.

As a consequence of being tired of thinking about food, I have NO PLAN today. That's usually a mistake in my case. I know dinner will be leftover roasted chicken my husband bought last night. I was trying out a recipe for dinner rolls and before I make it for Thanksgiving, and he wanted something to go with the dozen rolls I made (which weren't very good, so I'm glad I attempted them beforehand - they needed to rise MUCH MORE).

Breakfast ?

Lunch ?

Dinner - rotisserie chicken thigh, cole-slaw (not mayo based, but rather a vinagrette)

I am having a no food looks good kind of day. Which is weird bc/ yesterday I was hungry (head hunger?) all day. I had a couple bites of cottage cheese this morning. I am getting so sick of it though. I might make some minestrione soup for lunch. I have one of those "tubes" of diied beans and some tomatoes from my garden still in the freezer. Maybe that'll be better.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
