Hmmm, 259!?!?!?! I barely ate yesterday. AAAAAAHHHH! I am freaking out slightly. I think its the most recent change in birth control. Last time I tried Femcon I gained weight, which I completely forgot about.

I am NOT eating enough to gain weight, I just have to keep telling myself that.

Today:

B - 16oz mootopia

L - side salad with light italian dressing from chick-fil-a

D - chicken and black beans

S - 16oz mootopia, 1 serving Click protein powder, ice - blended

hmmmm....today I will have

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and a packet of quaker weight control oatmeal

l - cottage cheese with bacon bits mixed in :)

d - hmmmm.......I may have what I had last night which is one of my concoctions.  It's fat free ricotta cheese with low carb pizza sauce on top, low fat parmesan cheese on top of that and fat free mozzarella on top of that all melted in the microwave.  It's my take on a lazagna/pizza without the crust and pasta.  Sometimes I'll put chicken tenders in it and bake it.

It sounds good with the chicken tenders! I made something like that early out from surgery and didn't like it (which is funny because now I just eat the insides out of the lasagna which is the same thing). I haven't tried again because my pouch REALLY didn't like it. The memory stays.

MMM...I have been just doing the ricotta with spagh sauce and lf motz on top - adding the chicken sounds delish!!!

D- My son wants "breakfast for dinner" so I may make myself some eggs & turkey sausage

Finished the office move late last night and got in at 6:30AM to put my office together. UGH!

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - 1 slice whole what toast with peanut butter

S - SF NF Pumpkin pie latte

L - salad with grilled chicken

S - cheese, turkey sticks

D - probably nothing back to the dentisit at 4:15 for final on 2 crowns

Today if you can name it, I've eaten some of it.  My PMS is getting the better of me today - ugh.  I've eaten oatmeal, cottage cheese w/ SF preserves and blueberries, iceberg lettuce w/ mozz shreds & italian dressing, a dinner roll, leftover blazing noodles from Stir Crazy, a Reese peanut butter cup, 2 mini heath bars, 2 squares of Hershey's dark chocolate, a venti non-fat latte, and a 2% Fage yogurt w/ 1/4 c. Bob's Red Mill Mueslix, blueberries and strawberries.  And I haven't had dinner yet.  I hate days like this and am glad that I only have one or two of them per month.  Ugh...

With all the stress at work...did I mention having to get our box office open on 12/8 rather than on 1/9 (and I'm going to NYC the day after Thanksgiving)...it's been tough.

Last night, after the stuck steak episode...my pouch is a little sensitive today.

B - fiber one
L - cream of broccoli soup & baked lays
S - pretzle flips and PB2
D - going to have more soup
S - need a protein shake to make up this protein defecit today.
