Ok that was a lame title.

Last night I didn't chew something well enough and it was stuck.  Pain, pain, pain from about 8:30 -12:30 last night.  I tried and tried to throw up many times but it was stuck.  So here's a reminder...even at a year out, you've got to chew your food really well.

The gym is open, will you move to lose today?  Tell us about it

I just found out I've got to get my box office open by December 8 which is a whole month faster than i had expected.  In addition, it's compounded because I'm leaving for NYC next Friday...so everything has to be done by next wednesday.  My brain is spinning!

I really need to get back on the workout horse.  During the summer not long after surgery, I had developed really bad degenerative arthritis in my right knee (I think it was a combination of having to lose weight prior to surgery and all the activities I was doing after surgery) and I had to have about 30CCs of fluid removed from it and a shot of cortisone for good measure.  I haven't relly been back to the gym since then.  I think now is the time to really push through my last 79 pounds because the weight isn't dropping fast anymore so I have to work harder at it.  I think I'm going to go to the gym tonight and to a good cardio workout on the treadmill and the recumbent bike and maybe do a circuit of weights.

I took 16 flights of stairs over the day at work yesterday and today the backs of my thighs are sore.  I think I will walk at the gym later but it depends on how I feel after I get bled this afternoon. Sometimes I'm fine and other times I'm woozy. I usually fast but its not until three so NO WAY.

get yourself some papaya enzymes... they'll help with stuck food or even just a generally grouchy pouchy.... they're all natural, chewable, and available in almost any store's vitamin section.....

Hi Kathy,

I taugh****er aerobics this morning.  We went a bit easier than my normal for cardio - I've got shin splints from the "power walking" that we've been doing the last couple of mornings, and I couldn't move my legs faster in the pool.  We went harder on the abs to make up for the easier cardio though.

Then I came home and worked for 35 min on the wii fit in the yoga and balance areas trying to improve core strength and flexibility.  It feels so good to move, stretch and be active after so many months of not being able to exercise!  I do feel like I'm having to start over again at square 1 at times.

Posting late, but what the heck.

I worked at home yesterday and took a swim break in the middle of the day.

54 lengths of swimming (3/4 mile) & 4 lengths of water walking

I was quite stiff last night, but with ibuprophen and sleep, I'm fine today.
