L - low sodium chicken soup

D - something cheap, cereal probably

Can you tell I'm broke? Also, pouchy is grouchy.

It's going to be a busy day today, our new office is done and it's moving day!

 Hi - I am Clinell and I have a problem eating right when I am off my routine.  There, I said it! 
I Christmas shopped all day today and because I busy, did I eat? No!  My food consisted of a 1/2 of a  protein bar around noon and 1/2 a bag of peanuts around 6 pm.  Nothing tempts me, but I guess I am going to go scrounge up something to eat before bed.  ARGH!!

L - grilled 3/4 grilled chicken sandwich with the bread???  Surprised me
D - tenderloin and steamed broccoli and 3 bites of rice
S - 2 fat free fig newtons

My pouch is cramping right now after eating the fig newtons.  Hope it's just gas

S: Toasted slice of microwave banana walnut cake with nuts (1/7 of cake) with 1 tablespoon Power PB peanut butter and cinnamon

S: 1.5 oz turkey jerky

D: Taco pizza-- 1/2 1 Flatout Sundried Tomato wrap, toasted, 4 oz Chi Chis Taco beef, 1 oz shredded cheddar ,2 tbps salsa, 2 oz greek yogurt

S: Cup of Only 8 Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt
