Ok, it's 36 degrees but feels like 32.  Brrrrrrrr.

I'm off to the Y today.  I'm feeling much better after yesterday's missing lunch.  I'll start my iron treatment tomorrow.

Will you move to lose today?  Tell us about it!

I'm really proud of myself. I bumped up my work-outs with more distance and intensity and I'm really noticing a difference - with my body and the scale. Thank goodness. I was in a rut. I'm glad I changed it up. I'm amazed with how I can move now, considering 5 months ago I dreaded walking to my car to run an errand at work. Or I would park as close as possible to the buildings at work. Now I intentionally park far away from where I'm going and walk it.

Right now I'm going to the gym everyday except Friday's and sometimes Saturday's. It's working good. With my moods and responsibilities it varies from week to week, but I'm going to try to keep this schedule up.

Good for you.  Just remember to listen to your body and not to feel guilty if you don't go to the gym.

 Good Morning Kathy,

John and I went for a brisk 2.5 mile walk this morning.  Hopefully, I will also get some time on the wii fit -- we tend to all "fight" over it now since everyone wants to do some work on it each day.

I would like to try that out but don't know anyone who has one.  Sounds like it's lots of fun.

I shopped, shopped and shopped some more.  AND my sister and I got a laugh at my expense while in Sam's.  Note - I hate anything moving under my feet.  So, I come across an eliptical machine.  You all have made me curious so I tell my sister I want to try it out.  She reminds me that I hate things moving under my feet, but still I try.  So, I hesitantly get on the eliptical and then start away.  I have such respect for you all who do a 1/2 hour or more on that thing - but anyway - now is the time for me to get off.  Well, for those of you who use them, you know that they move.  I was laughing so hard at my nervousness about getting off that I was getting more nervous about getting off.  At one point I was sure I would have to buy the darn thing and they would have to pack it up and ship it to my house with me still on it.  Laughter - that is another form of exercise, right?
