B - grande latte, 1 peanut butter cup (I've been really good with limiting my access to the giant pile ofhalloween candy at work - in a week I think I've only gotten into it twice, including this morning, for a grand total of three mini peanut butter cups. I'm really proud of myself because peanut butter cups are a trigger - I heart them)

L - omelet with ham, spinach, sauteed garlic, goat cheese, and tomato

D - chicken breast and cooked carrots (my current food rut)

S - 1 serving fiber one cereal (honey oat clusters) and 8oz mootopia

I haven't touched candy since surgery . More power to you, I'm just so afraid once I know I won't dump I won't stop eating. Scared myself straight I guess!

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - weird but good! Shrimp wonton soup - frozen from Costco, 100 calories either 6 or 9 grams protein

S - cheese, turkey stick

L - Vietnamese Spring roll, grapes

Afternoon everyone!  It is snowing here and so cold.  I have not been "cold" in such a long time!!  UGH!!

B - OH Yeah Protein Shake
L - OH Yeah Protein Shake (these things are like crack - soooo addicting!!!!)
D - Tilapia and steamed broccoli

S - organic chocolate covered raisins - low sugar - most of it from raisins
L - didn't eat till 3:30 and I'm feeling it   Mcdonalds grilled chicken salad w/balsamic vinagrette

This missing my lunch thing sucks because I feel like dog doo-doo!
