Monochrome = its gray outside and I'm in gray from head to toe in protest of having to work 15hrs today.

B - 0% Fage and a banana

S - Zone perfect protein bar (dark chocolate, 3 for $2 and yummo) 

L - toppings from pizza if I go to the regular Mon pizza lunch but I am thinking about skipping out on it and leaving campus for a while - in that case I'd pick up a side salad from chick fil a

D - 2 egg omelet with spinach, ham, sauteed garlic, goat cheese, and tomato (my new favorite meal in the whole wide world)

Today was a Monday on steriods.

B - nope - overslept

S - MF bar

L - MF crab soup

S - broccoli & carrots & ranch, bananna walnut muffin <--- dratted Cafe ice run

D - leftover roast chicken, broccoli, grape tomatoes

S - pudding

I did protein drinks and protein pudding all day at work and then had two tacos for dinner.  I really like the Met-Rx 51 RTD drinks, they pack 51g of protein in a 240 calorie can, woo!

I think I consumed nearly 200g of protein today, so I will probably get gout tomorrow...
