Monochrome = its gray outside and I'm in gray from head to toe in protest of having to work 15hrs today.
B - 0% Fage and a banana
S - Zone perfect protein bar (dark chocolate, 3 for $2 and yummo)
L - toppings from pizza if I go to the regular Mon pizza lunch but I am thinking about skipping out on it and leaving campus for a while - in that case I'd pick up a side salad from chick fil a
D - 2 egg omelet with spinach, ham, sauteed garlic, goat cheese, and tomato (my new favorite meal in the whole wide world)

add back in 616 calories...daily plate is overzealous on calories burned...I never look at those, but do track workouts for my records
