Not much planned this weekend. No $$ and a dirty apartment equals a lot of cleaning probably. My husband didn't get paid for anything this past week because the company he works for was having technical difficulties for the last 10 days. Just what we need right before the holidays. Ugh sigh ugh. I am so sick of worrying about money. On top of that I am a stress eater for sure so I've had to be really mindful of it this week. My husband on the other hand, can't eat when he's stressed. He get nauseaus instead. Lucky! *smirk*

I am hoping to use this weekend to get back on track.  Food is around and I will probably eat according to my plan, but most importantly I have all the ingredients to make a turkey chili tomorrow.  If I can get my eating during the week in plan, then I feel much better about my eating and long-term success.

Hubby is still sick, but getting better, so I've got him to take care of and then I'm running back and forth to Mom's all weekend. House cleaning is in order, as is lots of laundry. Tomorrow I'm having a Home and Garden Party at my Mom's house. So I've been cooking and baking too.

I am struggling, with both mood & food. Yesterday's lovely sunshine gave way to cloudy. It is a break in the rain still, but not much natural vitamin D out there. Have been going through a ton of mail that has piled up during the time I have been so busy at work. Also have a mountain of laundry to do. At least I made extra broiled pork chops last night, so dinner will be fairly easy. Also need to do work work and swim. Something's gotta give, as it is already noon.

I tried to sell Clay on the wii fit and he mentioned that it might be much worse for me than pool exercise due to the standing involved. I already have bad foot and ankle pain. Is he right or just being Scrooge? I could build up to standing by doing my stick exercises (Tai Chi with a stick) whick I have on DVD but never seem to get around to.

B - MF Caramel bar
L - MF soup
S - MFshake
S - MF chai
D - leftover pork chop, broccoli
S - pudding
