Good morning,

LOOOONG day ahead of me - I'll be at work for 13 hrs. Yikes! I am covering the TA who screwed me over while I was out of town. I'm trying to be a big girl and not return the favor.

B - nothing

L - 6in turkey sandwich from subway with cheese, lots of veggies and oil and vinegar - They open at 10 on campus so I'll be eating a brunch instead of breakfast and lunch and I'll probably only eat half and then have half in the afternoon as well - subway is always a special treat because of the bread

D - leftovers of some kind, probably the insides of the spinach lasagna I made the other day and some boiled carrots

This week has been very screwy meal wise and today tops it off.  I have NOTHING planned for any meal.  My goal for this weekend is to get back on the wagon and do better with planning my meals for the week.  This is necessary because yesterday and again today - I am having to wing it!  Never a good thing and my grouchy pouchy has done her best to let me know she is not happy with my lack of planning.  argh!

Very LOOOONNNGGG night last night. When I got home yesterday hubby was sick as could be, high fever and stuff coming out both ends. Poor guy. I think finally about 4 AM he got an hour or so of sleep in. We were both up all night.

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - Starbucks perfect oatmeal with 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 packet dried fruit, 2 splenda and sprinkle of cinnamon

S - 2 turkey sticks

L - 1/2 chicken chili relleno roll, 1 package popumz

S - ?

D - soup of some sort

Thanks Kellie! He was still throwing up this morning. I called to check on him and he says he's been sleeping most of the day, still not feeling good.

He and my sister-in-law were the only ones in the family not to get a flu shot and they are the only ones to get sick so far.

I just need everyone well by next Friday ... we leave on Sat. for the cruise.

Ive had a crappy week. I found out that i need few extra credits in order to graduate in may. so i im frantically going over options with my dean.  keep me in your prayers that god works out someting. anyway due to the stress my eating has been totally outa wack. its almost like im punishing myself or someting. i dont know...but im just trying get it together.

today i am recomitting. i took the day off from work to relax and get thinigs together a bit. i slept in late and im now getting ready to do some school work. this evening im getting together with 2 of my good girlfriends and we are going to see madagascar! im so excited. lol. tomorrow we are going to the baltimore aquarium. should be lots of fun.  i really hope the time spent with friends is going to help me rejuvinate.

Madagascar 2 is cute and my new theme song comes from the show.  It is by Wil I Am - it is great!  I walk around the office singing the chorus all day long.  My coworkers are so tired of hearing - I like em big, I like em chunky, I like em round, I like em plumpy.  Enjoy your time with friends, it is usually my best medicine.

I have participated in this post in ages - got out of the habit when I was recovering from surgery and wasn't able to be online much.  Need to get back to regular participation, as it helps me stay accountable and I've been eating way too many "treats" lately.  Haven't gained much, but need to get back to my regular routine or the scale will start to creep up.  Anyway, here's what's on my plate today:

Breakfast:   1 1/2 cups 1% milk in my coffee, 1 raisin bran muffin

Snack:  1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries

Lunch:  Lean Cuisine thai-style chicken, small apple

Snack:  venti non-fat latte w/ SF vanilla syrup

Snack:  6 oz. Breyer's light yogurt, 1/4 c. Kashi granola

Dinner:  homemade chili, cheddar cheese shreds, maybe a corn muffin

Snack:  2 sugar-free fudgesicles or Fage yogurt w/ blueberries
