I am tired. I thought a morning workout would energize me, and it did for a while, but now I am crashing and burning.

B - 42g protein RTD myoplex

S - babybel cheese round

L - turkey chili from Einstein bros. bagels

D - cheese lasagna with whole grain pasta and spinach (hey I'm not having it for breakfast this time!)

S - 1 serving fiber one cereal, 1c mootpoia

Morning workouts will never be a part of my lifestyle.  I can barely get to work on time with just getting up and getting dressed much less adding getting a workout in ... not gonna happen!

B - Bananna
L - crab meat and Activia Light yogurt
S - WLS friendly pizza

AM Snack - 16oz Mootopia

Lunch - Turkey Chili

PM Snack - 8 oz Mootopia

Dinner - Probably Turkey Chili unless I go out

My eating today is off wack...mainly my quantity. ive just been stuffing my selff. mostly outa stress. i just found out that i need more credits in order to graduate in may. i have a meeting with the dean to see what i can do such as take an independent study (still sucks cause that means a 60page paper over winter break). anyway just keep me in your prayers guys.

I am trying to get on a regular exercise program so I meet with a trainer today eek. But here is a food breakdown. 
B- Eggs with cheese
L- Tomato soup and a handful of nuts
S- Protein shake
D- ? maybe ricotta bake or egg salad

Ok so today's a testament to knowing what the nutritional content is before you eat it...

B - fiber one & skim milk
S - Subway apple slices
early L - 1/2 Arby's pecan chicken salad sandwich
     just now and looked up the stats on it!!!!
     769 calories, 39g fat and 30g protein!  Holy crap batman
D  - homemade chili

I know it's from the mayo but my goodness...39g of fat!

S: 100 cal pack of popcorn
     1 slice toasted banana bread with Power Peanut Butter
     1 oz turkey jerky

D: Turkey ham loaf pizza-- on 1/2 a sundried Flatout bread with BBQ sauce , onions and 2% cheese

S: Another cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt

...and 25.9 g fiber!
