yesterday I was early today I was late, I sure wish my grandson would start sleeping through the night so I could get back on schedule..... LOL

I still managed 20 mins of upper body weight training.... I just love how my back feels after some heavy duty lat pull downs.....

I moved my work outs from the afternoon/night to the morning and I LOVE it. I didn't realize how nice it would feel. I've got to get a better schedule down though because I was running late this morning for work and I can't do that every day. A few days a week, yes, but not every single day. I would like to keep my job!

So I started this yesterday and so far so good. I do the treadmill, bike, elliptical and machines.

I also got up early this morning for the gym because I KNEW I wouldn't go in the evening. Wed is my WORST day. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and it was actually nice because that and the shower gave me a lot of time to think about how I wanted to present my lecture today. I did 2.5 miles.

This morning was spinning class, tonight will be yoga. Although I just found out that they added pilates and I might be changin over to that - I LOVE pilates!

Other than that, I am STILL waiting for my &%$^* period to start - it is really starting to wear on me. I wouldn't mind it if it made a delayed entrance IF I didn't have all the other symptoms. But unfortunately, that is not the case. bleck

It was sunny at lunch time, although a *****illy, so I went to the park w/ a friend and we walked for ~50 minutes.  It was nice to be outside -

It's so nice to see everyone posting on Kix's workout post!

Can I just say owie!  I did the arms/shoulder workout from the P90X program.  May I just say...ow!  I'm going to hurt tomorrow!  It was 45 minutes of hard work.
