I am so out of words to start the days of the week with!

I have no reference to twitchy. I am not twitchy. Witchy perhaps, but not twitchy. I wish I was, I'd burn more calories.

I am currently eating a big pile of very boring chicken.

B - big pile of very boring chicken

S - babybel cheese, 1 mini peanut butter cup (damn halloween candy people bring to work)

L - 1 bowl fiber one cereal with 8oz mootopia

D - salad methinks, if anything

I am currently VERY disinterested in food. That may change later.

Well i am getting so frustrated... only lost 2lb and the scale does not seem to move, for the past two weeks I have lost 96 pound sense surgery and I want more.. walk for two hours yesterday my feet our killing me, has anyone had this problem??? I eat about 1200 cal a day some time less never more....I have 32 pounds to break 200 and i so want to weigh 199 any one have any idea on how to speed this up..

It happens. I've been trying to get under 250 for like 3 months and I just can't seem to lose fast enough. I don't know when you had surgery but after about a year out my weight loss slowed down significantly - its usually only about once a month for about 5 days that I lose 1-2lbs per day and then I'm done for another month. Talk about frustration, sometimes it even goes back up a lb or two even though I KNOW I didn't eat enough to gain.

I'd recommend upping your water and protein, maybe even consider supplementing one of your meals (protein shake instead of food). I know my surgeon feels strongly about that helping with weight loss. My other recommendation: hide the scale!

     4 True North Peanut Crackers

S: Cup of Only 8 frozen yogurt with cinnamon dolce syrup

S: 4 oz greek yogurt with 2 tbsp TVP

S: Slice of toasted protein banana bread with Power Peanut Butter

D: 6 oz  broiled sirloin steak, 3/4 c. mushrooms, steak sauce

S: Another cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt with 0 cal faux Magic Shell!
