Mom Update

My heart goes out to you Jan.  I had a similar experience recently with my Mom.  She had bloodwork done since they see a mass on her pancreas. It came back normal. I was convinced it was cancer, but apparently it could be a cyst.  They are doing further testing.  She is also on Ensure because there is a problem with her digestive system and she doesn't eat well and is vomitting too often. She's down to 102 lbs.  I know she's 83 and the reality is I will lose her one day...not if...when. Its so hard to think of someone you have had your entire life to be suddenly gone.  I think your hope to be like your Mom is already a reality. I applaud your courage. Hang in there.  HUGS  Jeanine
