I did 15 mins of upper body weight training and then 15 mins on the elliptical just for the fun of it.... right now that endorphin high is kicking it and I feel fine..... LOL

I have my bag packet and my iPod loaded.  I plan on hitting the track after work.  I am excited to finally have music to accompany my workout.

25 minutes on the rowing machine and 25 minutes of upper body strength training.  My shoulders are very tired!

I had spinning class this morning - this is not the class with cute butt guy, but the one with Gladiator finalist gal, so you can just imagine what she is like - UGH. She worked us HARD this morning and my gluts are killing me.

On top of that I had someone sit next to me who was wearing a butt load of perfume - huh? Why in the world would anyone wear perfume to class, let alone an entire bottle?! I was wheezing and coughing the entire class.

It was a great start to my day

Three miles on the treadmill Sat, three miles on the treadmill Sun. Today I'm going to try 30min strength training (after a 10min treadmill warm-up) and then 30min on the elliptical and bike (ummm 5 min on the elliptical probably and then 25 on the bike)

Three miles is taking me about an hour if I don't push too hard. It did make me faint on Sun though. Well I didn't faint, but it made me feel like I would (about an hour later) and I had to lay down on the ground for a few minutes. I don't understand why this happens to me, but it bugs the living crap out of me.

Hi Kix,

I taught a pretty strenous aquafit class.  There were some newer ladies there and they complained that with all the work I wanted them to do, they couldn't talk and socialize.  I told them good - that's my goal - leave you with just enough breath to breathe and answer my question of "is everyone doing ok"?  I'm sure they tried to complain to my boss, who would probably just laugh at them! 

I know that I'm getting stronger - I was able to push harder AND I wasn't exhausted after my class.  I just felt like I had a really great workout.
