B - myoplex ready to drink (42g protein)
L - roasted chicken (1 serving of the ready to eat kind) and 1 babybel cheese round (28g protein)
S - 0% Fage yogurt with 1 tbsp honey (15g protein)
D - no idea, we are all out of food at home so we need to either shop or go out - the way Mondays are, it'll probably being going out
S - 1 serving fiber one cereal, 8oz mootopia (17g protein, 13g fiber)

B - cottage cheese, Splenda peaches
S - chocolate protein drink from Smartforme
L - Fage
D - Turkey Meatloaf, veggie of some sort
S - sliced mango
Pre-workout - 8 oz Bolthouse Farms protein drink
Breakfast - Carb Check Bagel and cream cheese
Coffee - with RTD low carb protein drink as creamer
Snack - 6 pieces of various chocolate (dang bowls of halloween candy still lurking about the office are calling my name)
Lunch - 8 cubes of Colby Jack cheese and 3 slices of Turkey deli meat

Dinner - no idea as of yet.... I have a dental appt, so depending on what all she does I may feel like eating or not.... LOL

Ooooh....ooooh...wait for me!!! I want to bring my scale, too! See my post in the weigh-in. I'm officially a bouncer...seems Kathy got promoted and some unnamed no face idiot recruited ME!!! I've asked to speak to upper management...but we know how that goes! IDIOTS!!! LOL

B: Oh yeah! Chocolate Mint wafer bars (12 g protein) I hated these 10 months ago...and now I can't get enough of them. Yumm!
L: Milk with some protein shake in it...30 g of protein? I think.
D: Hmmm..don't know yet. Chicken is still frozen; maybe homemade sausage/egg quiche. I'll have to check the protein count.

S: 4 oz greek yogurt with Kashi and blueberries
A toasted tortilla with shaved ham and sliced salsa cheddar, melted
D: Chicken taco pizza--taco flavored chicken with 2% cheddar , salsa and 2 oz 0% yogurt on 1/2 toasted Sundried Tomato Flatout wrap
