One-Year Surgiversary today

Thanks Jeanine.  you have done so well too.  It is amazing how fast time has passed.

That is so true!  My daughter, Laura is seeing my surgeon tomorrow (first visit) and will have the RNY some time in January. I am so excited for her. I keep telling her to get on this board!!  She's extrememly busy with two kids and she's a school psychologist.  Unfortunately, she inherited my genes!  HUGS  Jeanine

Congratulations girlfriend!!! I'm so gosh darn proud of you!

You are an inspiration to all.

I read what you write and I always think how much alike we are, we started out at almost the same weight. Of course I'm not as dedicated to exercising as you ... and you do have bigger feet! :)

I'll say it again ... I'm proud of you!

Aw you are so sweet.  You, my dear are the inspiration...you are much farther out than me and you are so dedicated to your eating plan and that keeps me motivated cause I can move off of what I planned to eat so easily.

I hate what you are going through with your mom and wish I could take it all away.  I lost mine 7 years ago on my surgiversary day (yeah, imagine going through surgery with that on your mind in the same hospital that your mom died) but she died suddenly and I'd rather have it that way than what you are going through.  Just know that I'm praying for you and what you are going through.
