Calorie Countdown - FRIDAY! YES!!!!!

Pre-B - tea with honey
B - Amy's lasagna
L - miso soup and summer roll
D - stuffed bell pepper with beef and brown rice
S - fiber one honey oat cereal (13g fiber and 10g sugar, and it tastes a lot better than raisin bran - here's hoping I can go to the bathroom normally again soon!) with mootopia
S - 4 strawberries and one square of chocolate
Ok its a lot of food today, when I tally it up it comes to rougly 1500cal and 84g protein (and 28g fiber woot!)
I probably won't eat it all but it I do I am still ok with that - I may ditch dessert just so I'm not over my calorie goal.

lunch a small salad with grilled chicken breast and cheese and eggs
Dinner tilapia with grilled veggies
and lots of water love the new water bottle .
Last nite we went to dinner with family they wanted long john silvers and i was worried but
i got wild pacfic salmon bowl from the new freshside grille menu.
It was really good and so feeling i ate the fish and half the veggies and threw the rice out and gave my son the breadstick..
150 CAlories in the salmon plus 24 grams of protein, veggies 60 calories and only 1 gram protein.
