Gym is Open (Woohoo Wednesday 11/5)

Woohoo!  That is all.

No, it's not all, but I have to leave for a two day conference in what might as well be southern Wyoming.  Ugh. 

That means no gym for me because the traffic will be horrific both coming and going, so I need to allow plenty of time to get there and get home.

I will try to go for walks during breaks and at lunch.

What did you do to move your body today?

I walked both dogs to the mailbox and back! They didn't rip my arm off either

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Had spinning class this morning, then I've got yoga tonight. I even bought a yoga mat, so I guess I'm getting serious

Oh, and Woohoo as well

20 minutes on the rowing maching and 10 minutes upper body.  Last night got in a deep-water aerobics class for an hour!

Ive had so much going on lately getting to a gym is out of the question.
Last night in wally world they had a goldsgym recumbent exercise bike marked down.
So yes i got it and i put it together and it is awesome.
The boys got on it before school and ive been on already.
So im starting with a half hour 3 times aday plus my 2 walks and using my sons weights for my arms.
Hopefully i can get to the gym soon.

I hear ya about getting to the gym. I keep looking at ads for lap pools - the kind where you swim against the current. Anyone ever try one?
