Our AC just caught on fire. I am waiting for the repairman. It smells like burnt hair and plastic in here... yum.

I went to vote with dh at 6 30 this morning and of course we were at the wrong site..
But we got to vote i was done real fast and i kept waiting and finally i said are you taking a test and he rolls his eyes and says  im thinking leave me be..men lol
Bf we went to mcdonalds so he could hurry and i get a breakfast burrito and eat 4 small bites out of the middle.
Lunch  cheese and more cheese
dinner 3 meatballs with sauce and cheese
ht choco with protein

Absolutely!  My sister and I voted early and I hand-delivered our ballots to our county elections department (the building known as the Taj Majal by locals).  I didn't trust the mail because last time we had a local election, I mailed my ballot and next thing I know, I get a letter from them in the mail threatening to purge me from the rolls because I hadn't voted. GRR.  Anyway, I called to make sure our ballots were validated (just in case we had to go vote in person), and yep. we're officially counted.  Woo!

Getting back to food:

(I ate leftover spaghetti last night for dinner and promptly horked it back up.  I was sick as a dog for about three hours.  Nice to know the tool still works).

B: 2 Costco protein drinks @60g protein, 320 calories
S: 1 Power Crunch bar @ 14g protein, 200 calories
L: MetRx RTD protein drink @51g protein, 240 calories
S2: 1 Power Crunch bar @14g protein, 200 calories

Dinner will most likely be pepperoni pizza at our party.  I will try to limit myself to two small slices.

Voted weeks ago. Since we travel a lot it was easier to register as permente absentee voter, now I never forget or make excuses.

New crowns are in and everything is slowly getting better.

Ok girlfriend, I'm going to try to get back to posting this. I usually don't have much of a chance during the week because of work, but everyone is gone and I'm bored, so I figured I would try to get back in the habit while it's a little bit quieter.

pre-workout snack: SF peanut butter pudding (I STILL love this stuff, even after 2 years)

breakfast: 2 fried eggs (with pam spray)

lunch: can of chicken with 2 tbp of light miracle whip, medium banana

snack: atkins protein bar, small box of raisins

dinner: chicken cordon blue (awesome recipe!), grilled zucchini with parmeson cheese

snack: 1 cup of honey nut cheerios

Calories: 1644
fat: 58
Carbs: 170
fiber: 20
protein: 116
water - oodles and oodles (about 120 ounces)
