A BIG Wow Moment for Me PLEASE READ

I had my 6 month follow up with the surgeon today - my actual 6 month surgiversary is this Friday. I have lost 54% of my excess weight. He told me that I had done an "excellent" job so far!!! That made me very happy. I have lost 125.5 pounds and 15.5 inches off my waist. I feel so good and was very motivated after my appointment. I met with the Nutritionist also and she gave me a big hug and told me how proud she was of me!! Needless to say I was walking on Cloud 9! The Nut. asked me what I was cheating on - and I told her - honestly - that I haven't cheated at all. Before this surgery I was a huge chocoholic and it doesn't really cross my mind. The two things that I think about and would like is a Mug Root Beer and some pancakes. I won't have either - don't worry - it's nice to know that I can think about them - but not be tempted by them either.

I usually don't brag on myself but am very happy with my decision to have this surgery and knew that you all would understand and wouldn't think poorly of me for letting you know what happened today.
