Calorie Countdown - Mantra Monday, what are you eating and repeating?

My mantra is

You must stay calm. You must stay calm. Murder is BAD. You must stay calm.  I repeat it in my head often lately. I need anger management classes.

B - lasagna (a little frozen Amy's cheese lasagna)

L - sausage and peppers

D - chicken breast and green beans

S - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet protein powder

I also had a cup of tea with 1 tsp honey. I have to drink something hot in the mornings or my voice is useless when I teach.

I know what you mean, Jenn. I have to continually remind myself that prison is NOT for me. Here lately I feel like at any moment I could be an episode of Snapped.

B - Turkey Jerky

S - 16 oz Mootopia with a splash of coffee

L - Turkey chili (that I made this weekend - So Delicious!)

L - chicken casserole out the Cooking Light magazine
S - Activia Light yogurt
D - boiled crabs

B- 1 whole Deviled egg, Bryers light yogurt (check this yogurt out...0g fat and 7g sugar...lower than light & fit), 1bannanna

L- tuna salad sandwich, yogurt, 1 laughing cow wedge

D- ? prob left over chicken rice and plantains

I don't think it'll be much of an eating day today. Last night after dinner my temporary fell out. All three new crowns were scheduled to be going back in today, the time has been moved up since I've got exposed nerves now.

I tried drinking my normal morning Latte and oh boy did it give me shooting pains.

Pre B - 1/4  SF NF BSC Latte

B - 2 bites  inside only of  a chicken, green chili, cheese tamale
S - ?

L - brought in some NF milk and a protein sample that was handed out this weekend at the LA OH conference

I thought i was the only one feeling this way,i told Jey this mrning i feel like smacking the crap out of someone,he laughed but he has stayed away from me this morning.lol

supper baked chicken breast and cottage cheese and veggies
