I don't have time for much typing at the moment but I thought I'd open the thread. I'll post my possibly dreadful and embarrassing choices later.

B - 2 scrambled eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty

L - insides of a roast beef sandwich (roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard)

S - green tea with honey

D - beef stew

S - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet protein (BA chocolate mint, another experiment - I think the BA protein is waaaay too sticky but the nutrition numbers sure are nice!)

D - Not sure on this tonight.  I've got to make my costume for tomorrow
    Am going as a can of Hairspray to promote our opening  broadway show!

I may have to have a protein shake tonight to get the numbers up!

L: 5 oz asian chicken in gravy on lettuce with parmesano reggiano
    1 cup chocolate Only 8 fro yo

S: 5 oz Fage 0% with KashiGoPoop, blueberries and toasted crushed nuts
     slice of microwave protein banana bread with butter spray

S2:  half a low carb wheat tortilla toasted with Power Peanut Butter and chocolate 
       and cinnamon spread

D: Ham loaf pizza with brown sugar mustard glaze and barbecue sauce, caramelized  onions and farmer's cheese on 1/2 low carb flatout wrap

S3: 1 cup black raspberry Only8 fro yo
