I went for a walk this morning and will do walking throughout the day.

How did I beat Karen? That never happens!

I ran this morning - just 40 minutes of running/walking. I'm reallllyyyy sore (partly from yoga last night and partly from my body not being use to running - it's amazing how much conditioning you can lose in just a month)

I really enjoyed my swim yesterday and am shooting for a repeat tonight after work, but will have to either leave work early or work around lessons. If that fails to materialize, I'll try to pry Clay off the couch and away from CNN so I can do my stick exercises on DVD.
