Everyone says I need to buy new clothes. But my head still thinks I am a 4X which is progress because I was a 6 or 7X. It is strange how your head does not keep up with your body. I do not see the loss when I look in the mirror. I know many of you also experience this.
Thanks for the props!! I just wanted to share my progress with the newbies. I needed to see that when I started. I tried to post a side by side like Jen has in the past but I can not figure out how to do it.
Anyway, Keep Fighting to win this battle with Obesity.
