Gym is Open (Tough Tuesday 10/28)

I'm having a hard time at work and I'm unhappy.  Details later.

The gym is open.  What did you do to move your body today?

I have a full afternoon planned but if all goes as planned, I will be walking the track at 7pm.

Breathe deep hon, sometimes that helps. When I started my new job this summer I spent the first month wondering what the hell I had done - I really thought I had made a huge mistake. It's better now but I still sometimes wonder what would of happened if I had just waited for what I really wanted, not just something to pay the rent.

I ran for 40 minutes this morning (actually walked and ran) but I'm still working up to my previous level. It's gonna take a while.

Get out there and do something physical, that always helps me

I was in a particularly foul mood due to a tailgater at 3ish in the morning on a mostly deserted highway..... I used my mood as an excuse to blow off my workout.... Me Bad again..... sigh.....
