WHAT TO DO????  PLEASE HELP...

You have to remember that the volume of food you are eating is half of what it use to be so less in means less out. as you can tolerate start introducing some more fiber in your diet that my help. Also remember constipation is normal after wls.

As long as you are going regularly and maintaining a pattern, with no straining or other troubles, don't worry about it. You are eating a lot less than before, and your probably also drinking less than before, so your system is going to move slower. I am back to once a day but I am over a year out and for the first 6 months at least it was quite unpredictable. I'd go once and then a few days later I'd go like 5 times in one day and then nothing for a while. At least you are regular

I know how you feel and these ladies that replied are absolutely correct. It helped for me to add Activia yogurt to my diet every couple of days and that keeps me regular at 2-3 days. Good luck with finding what works for you. I've also heard of people increasing the fiber with flaxseed and such.

It will be okay in the end. If it's not okay.... it's not the end!

You are very close to your surgery date, but I've found a new savior in the BM world.  I've been having issues for the last month or so and was one of those regular daily or twice daily poopers.

Fiber One cereal!!!

You are really close to your surgery date and while this may not be a great solution for you right now, it can help later.

I was just like you.  Regular and sometimes 2X a day.  So this was a big change for me within the last 6 weeks or so.  I've been having issues and I really hate it.

Well, I've find a solution that worked really well for me!!!!!  FIBER ONE CEREAL.  Low calories, low fat, not bad tasting and a ton of fiber.  I've been bloated and not having good BMs lately.  At this this morning and within  6 hours...relief.  I vow to eat this or try to eat it every morning.

The schedule seems fine, definitely similar to me, but if you are concerned, there are some things that could help.  For me, if I drank tomatoe juice or milk or ate applesauce, that did the trick.  Now, I eat some popcorn and everything works just fine!

I have a piece of WASA crispbread most every morning.  The "RYE" has MORE fiber than the "FIBER" crispbread!  I was suprised.  Seems to keep things in check for me ;)WASA Crispbread HEARTY RYE
