Weekend activities?
Wow, I can't wait to wear fun lingeree again! Hubba hubba. That's one reason I want my last chick outta the nest.
Unfortunately, he was "fired" from his work experience last week. Kiddo tells me that the section 8 housing has a huge wait list. I think a group home would be best. So now I gotta go fight that battle.

I had a full weekend - just like I like it! Friday night I went out to supper with a coworker. We intended to shop after supper but never made it to the mall. We settled for WalMart instead. On Saturday we decorated Halloween cupcakes, attended 2 soccer games (back to back - it is possible to exhaust a 6 year old!), took a nap, got dressed for 2 surprise birthday parties (both guests of honor were surprised), attended both parties and then went out on the town until 3:30 AM! I we danced from midnight until 2:30 - I sure hope the scale reflects my activity tomorrow morning. Today was filled with lunch with a friend, stuffing Halloween bags for my niece's classmates, and later - a shopping trip to WalMart (yep, again). I have to decide on what I am going to eat for lunch this week and then go get the stuff and probably cook. See, I told you it was a busy weekend.

A busy weekend got even busier with an unexpected call at 1 AM Sunday from Mom, we spent the rest of the morning ****il 8) in the ER. She had a very bad bladder infection.
Friday night I cooked for Sunday's Senior brunch and made up some breakfast stuff for us and Mom. Saturday went to breakfast with girlfriends, then met some new OH friends at Starbucks. Came home baked 4 pumpkin pies, 4 loafs of pumpkin bread, and 2 SF apple strudels.
After leaving the ER Sunday, I took all the food to the Senior brunch and didn't stay to help, went home crashed for 3 hours. Went to lunch with hubby when I woke up. Went grocery shopping for us and Mom . Then went home to cook some more, clean and do laundry.
Cooking/baking is such a stress release for me ....

Friday night -the hubby and I had a date night. We drove up to one of the casino's . We didnt spend a lot. We just like the two hour drive to chat.
Sat- We went to breakfast with my inlaws for my MIL's birthday. Then my mom took me shopping in the afternoon for my birthday present. I was so excited!!! I bought clothes at Kohls!!! I got a pair of size 24 jeans, a 3x dress and shirt and a 1x shirt! I was shocked!
Sunday - it was my niece's birthday party.
