Soup is good

I'm having mushroom soup(strained), its so good.  I only have a little pain with one of my wounds when I move.  Soup is good, figuring out when to stop is still new, I think I'm doing okay with that though.  Last night I had too much pudding, enough to learn from, not too much that had bad pain or anything.  So far so good...

Ashlee - you sound like you are doing pretty good.  Remember to sip water and to get up and walk when you can.  keep up the good work!  lys

I used to get hiccups or burp, or my nose would run (well it still does) when I was full and I knew it was probably passed time to be done.

How much soup do you guys eat?  Do you stick to the 2 oz's?  Or can you have more since it is a liquid as long as low in calories?
